• What is the difference between a softail and a rigid framed bike?
  A softail has rear suspension, whereas a rigid or hardtail has no swing-arm and relies on spring(s) under the seat (if available) to absorb road impact. The result is generally a more comfortable ride from the softail.
  
  
• Are your bikes 100% custom built?
  Aside from the engines, transmissions, and other minor stock items, absolutely! The wheels, frames, bars, etc. are all made in house, so your custom chopper will truly be customized.
  
  
• Will I have trouble registering or insuring my chopper?
  No. Hardcore Choppers are recognized by NADA and KBB assessments and as I mentioned in the overview, they are inspected and EPA certified pre-shipment.
  
  
• How long does it take for my custom Hardcore Chopper to arrive after I design and order it?
  Typically it will take 5-8 weeks build time and then 1-3 weeks to ship either by boat or by air.
